The banquet hall gets a website and an app for booking celebrations. The owner and the guest have easy access to the same information: what is booked, the price, how the hall looks and what was agreed.
The website is included in the engagement. You pay monthly to maintain the website and the app.

The app
One place for the owner and the guest
Fewer messages, spreadsheets and agreements on a scrap of paper. Everything the celebration needs stays in the app.
Floor plan and tables
We prepare the plan of the space. You place the tables and the numbers on that plan, the way the hall actually works.
Contract with the guest
The app generates a contract for that celebration, so the agreement stays written down and tidy.
A page just for that guest
The owner sends a unique link. In the guest section the seating is filled in table by table, with nothing to install and no account.
A chart for the hall entrance
Once the seating is done, the guest picks a template and gets a print-ready seating graphic for the restaurant entrance.
A 3D view for each celebration
By agreement we also make a unique 3D view of the table layout for that guest, along with other tailored solutions.
Table layout
We draw the plan, you place the tables
Every hall has its own shape. That is why we prepare the plan of the space, and you manage the tables and the numbers in the app — moving, adding and arranging them for that celebration.
The same layout can also be built in a 3D view: the tables sit in the hall, the guest count updates immediately, and the guest sees in advance how the celebration will look.
That layout is then passed to the guest. The guest adds names on their page, and you still control the floor plan.
The guest
The guest section, the seating chart and the invitations
The app includes a guest section. There the guest fills in who sits at which table, on a link they receive after the booking, with nothing to install and no account.
When the seating is complete, a print-ready seating chart can be made. That is the graphic that stands at the restaurant entrance. There are several templates, and the guest chooses the look that goes to print.
The same section also offers a print-ready and a digital wedding invitation. The invitation has several templates too, so the guest chooses whether to send it to a phone or send it to print.
Made to order
An online album after the wedding
Optionally, once the celebration is over, the guest receives a link to an online album. They upload the zip file they got from the photographer, with the photos from that wedding.
They can arrange the photos themselves, page by page. They can also let the app place the photos automatically.
When the album is ready, the app creates a new link. The couple sends it to their guests, who view the album online — with no account and no download.

The website is included. You pay monthly to maintain the website and the app.

For the price of three chairs a month, the hall gets a permanent place on the web, booking you can rely on, and a way of presenting itself that the guest takes seriously.
